 Paramount provides solution services for small to medium business and their PC Networks from desktops to servers ranging in size from 2 to 2,000 users. We support hardware & software from brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Novell, Dell, HP, Compaq, Red Hat, SuSE, Veritas and many more. With staff experience dating back nearly twenty years to the mid 1980's we cover nearly all versions of product in use today, including your versions. Paramount's services include: Installations, Upgrades, Conversions, Storage assessment & consolidation, Performance Analysis & Training of staff. Paramount can also be used as a third party consultant to analyze a projected plan including service & product to be provided by another firm, to see if it will achieve the goals your company wishes to achieve.

Why Paramount is Different
 Paramount specializes in PC network systems. We are not a one-stop shop that does everything under the sun. For instance, we do not do web site hosting, graphic design, application development or home computers. We also do not sell product (see below) and therefore focus only on what is the best solution for you. For businesses & organizations needing quality help at reasonable expense for their network systems, Paramount is your best choice.
 Our staff have worked extensively with industries such as banking, real estate offices, manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, financial services, distribution and more. We understand the business side of these industries and how technology fits. Business should not have to adapt to technology. Technology should be matched to business requirements.  General consulting services is provided by a reasonable hourly rate but for larger defined projects we can work at a fixed fee to guarantee meeting your project budget.

Why We Don't Sell Product
 Our focus is in delivering service and quality solutions. We work with products from many major and minor vendors. Whatever is your preference, budget or that provides the best solution. Selling certain brands gives a bias towards them even if they are not the best choice for you. Paramount can assist with recommending & specifying product. We also will work with your current suppliers. Often when products are needed they will be specified with several choices (if possible) or the technical specs can be given and you can have your suppliers match from their product line. This also allows your company to negotiate better pricing.
 We also will not request new equipment if only changes are needed to meet your goals. According to a recent study* more than 50% of all system upgrades (hardware & software) were unnecessary. Often it is not the upgrade that provides the solution. The study also mentions that after the upgrades many companies usually see an increase in technology costs even when the project's goal was to reduce costs. You would not replace your car's entire engine simply because it starts to run rough? It probably just needs a tune-up. Usually your computer systems only need a tune-up. Paramount focuses on your business goals and only specifies upgrades or new product when really required.

 Our staff individually average ten years experience. Some of our staff have up to twenty years industry experience. That is not total years after adding up several people but an individual's real world experience.
